No. PSI Test Prep is an independent study application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to PSI Exams, any state licensing board, or any professional certifying organization. The name reflects the exam preparation category, not an official relationship with a testing provider.
Does the app guarantee that I will pass my licensing exam?
No. PSI Test Prep is designed as a study aid to help you prepare for licensing examinations. Success on any exam depends on your individual knowledge, preparation, and effort. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
I found a question that seems incorrect. How do I report it?
Please send us an email at hussainmesum8@gmail.com with the exam name, the question text, and a brief description of the issue. We review all content reports and issue corrections as promptly as possible.
How is my progress stored? Is it backed up to the cloud?
Your progress, quiz results, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. There is currently no cloud backup. If you uninstall the app or switch devices, your progress will not be retained.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. All exam content is bundled with the app and does not require an internet connection. You can study and take practice quizzes fully offline.
How do I reset my progress?
You can reset your progress from within the app settings. This will clear all quiz history and return the app to its initial state. This action cannot be undone.
