1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PSI Test Prep mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, students, and exam candidates.

2. Description of Service

PSI Test Prep is a study and exam preparation application designed to help candidates prepare for professional licensing examinations. The App provides access to practice questions, subject reviews, progress tracking, and related study materials across categories including Insurance, Real Estate, Barber and Cosmetology, and Construction.

All content within the App is intended for educational and study purposes only. PSI Test Prep is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with PSI Exams, any state licensing board, or any professional certifying body.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PSI Test Prep grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial study purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App;
• Transfer the license granted herein to any other person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, including but not limited to text, questions, explanations, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PSI Test Prep or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that no title to any intellectual property is transferred to you by using the App.

6. Accuracy of Content

While we strive to ensure that all practice questions and explanations are accurate, complete, and up to date, PSI Test Prep makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any content. Examination content requirements are set by the respective licensing authorities and may change without notice.

Use of this App does not guarantee passing any licensing examination. Success depends on the individual effort, preparation, and knowledge of the user.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringes the rights of any third party;
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App;
• Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PSI Test Prep does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PSI Test Prep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if PSI Test Prep has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall PSI Test Prep's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, including app stores and review platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. PSI Test Prep has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

PSI Test Prep reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

PSI Test Prep may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
