Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DVSA Theory Test Kit mobile application (the "App") operated by DVSA Theory Test Kit ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
The App is designed to help individuals prepare for the DVSA driving theory test. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are handled by Apple or Google — we do not store your payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings.
We do not offer refunds except where required by law or App Store policy.
3. Content Accuracy
Question content within the App is derived from publicly available DVSA materials and is intended purely for revision purposes. While we work to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free from errors. Passing the App's practice tests does not guarantee passing the official DVSA theory test.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without our express written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in your jurisdiction.
