We take prompt action on any copyright complaints and may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Translator app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the app.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Translator is a mobile application that provides translation services between multiple languages. The app supports voice translation, text translation, camera-based translation, and handwriting recognition. Translations are powered by artificial intelligence technology.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use this app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not use this app to translate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
TRANSLATION ACCURACY
While we strive to provide accurate translations, the app uses AI-powered translation which may not be 100% accurate in all cases. Translations should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other critical purposes where accuracy is essential. Always verify important translations with a qualified human translator.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Translator app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages from translation errors, data loss, or service interruptions.
CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENTS
We may occasionally make changes to the Agreements. When there are significant changes, we will notify you as appropriate under the circumstances, such as by displaying a prominent notice within the Application or emailing you. Your continued use of Translator App after the changes will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
