By downloading, installing, or using Camera360 ("the App"), you agree to
be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to
these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Camera360 is a dual-camera application that allows you to:

Capture photos and videos using both front and back cameras
simultaneously

Choose from multiple layout styles including split-screen and
picture-in-picture
- Record videos in various resolutions and frame rates

Customize camera settings including flash, timer, and aspect ratio
Free and Premium Features
Camera360 offers both free and premium (Pro) features:
Free Version Includes:
- 10 free photos
- 2 free videos (up to 3 minutes each)
- 2 layout styles (Circle PiP, Split Screen)
- 1080p HD resolution
- 30fps frame rate
Camera360 Pro Includes:
- Unlimited photos and videos
- 10+ premium layout styles
- 4K Ultra HD resolution
- 60fps and 120fps frame rates
- All aspect ratios (16:9, 4:3, 1:1)
- No watermarks
Subscriptions & Payments
Camera360 Pro is available through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of
purchase

Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account
settings

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when
purchasing a subscription
User Responsibilities
By using Camera360, you agree to:

Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Respect the privacy and rights of others when capturing photos and
videos

Not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes
- Obtain necessary permissions before recording other people
- Take responsibility for all content you create using the App
Important: You are solely responsible for the content
you create. Always obtain consent before recording others and respect
local privacy laws.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and code, is protected by
intellectual property laws:
- Camera360 and its logo are trademarks of the developer
- You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you create

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App's code or design
Disclaimer of Warranties
Camera360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not
guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The App will be compatible with all devices
- All features will work on all device configurations
Dual-camera functionality requires a compatible device with multi-camera
support.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, content, or profits
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your content
- Any issues arising from third-party services
Device Requirements
Camera360 requires:
- iOS 15.0 or later
- iPhone with dual-camera support for multi-cam features
- Camera and microphone permissions
- Photo library access for saving content
Single-camera mode is available for devices without multi-cam support.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at
any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or third parties
- Is fraudulent or illegal
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App
after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you
to review the Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
