By downloading or using the Contraction Timer app (“the app”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Medical disclaimer Contraction Timer is an informational and tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Timing guidance such as the 5-1-1 rule is general information and may not apply to your situation. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider, and in an emergency contact your provider or local emergency services immediately.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, a subscription renews automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store account settings. Any applicable free trial forfeits its unused portion when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in a way other than the interface we provide.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate for your particular circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the app. Your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
